We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diner Club International, JCB, Union Pay, Cartes Bancaires, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Unfortunately we don’t accept cash payments so please make sure you have an alternative payment method.

You can pre-order items by popping into the store or ordering online.
We only get a certain amount of pre-order items and work on a first come, first served basis.
Some orders will be limited to a certain number per customer to make sure everyone has a fair chance to get pre-order items before they sell out. -
Pre-order: This product has not been released yet. You can order it in advance in store or online and it will be shipped or made available for collection once the product has been released.
Back order: We have run out of stock, but you can still order. We will ship or notify you for collection as soon as we have the item back in stock.
Available: The item is in stock and ready to ship or collect in line with our shipping policy.

Yes. Free collection is available from our Frome store during opening hours:
Friday: 10am to 10pm
Saturday: 10am to 10pm
Sunday: 10am to 4pm

Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday): dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends, or on bank holidays: dispatched the next working day.
You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Everyone. Our only rule is to be polite and courteous to each other and our staff.
We are also dog friendly. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, and we provide water bowls and treats.

Unfortunately, our toilet is not accessible due to stairs. Because of building limitations, we cannot install a ramp. We apologise for the inconvenience.

We don’t, but we do have a selection of snacks that are perfect for a mid-game treat.

Occasionally we run special, ticketed events. The best way to find out about these events is to follow us on our social platforms or to join our mailing list.

At this time we don’t serve alcohol. However, you can bring your own, so long as you’re 18 or over.
If you do bring alcohol then your ID will be checked on arrival.
The corkage fee is £5 flat fee per person.
Our BYOB policy is active between 6pm-10pm on Friday and Saturday.
Please do not bring spirits as we do not allow these in the store.
