4. Orders and Contract Formation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

A contract between you and Deck & Dagger is formed only when we dispatch the goods you have ordered. Order confirmation emails are acknowledgements, not acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasonable grounds, including pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

If a pricing error is identified, we are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, timescales, and charges are outlined on our Shipping Policy page.

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to you once the goods are delivered.

7. Returns and Refunds

You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Returned goods must be unused, sealed, and in resaleable condition.

To arrange a return, contact returns@deckanddagger.co.uk

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once goods have been received and inspected.

Full details can be found in our Returns Policy.

If you receive faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods, please notify us promptly.

We will provide a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
