Shipping Policy

At Deck & Dagger, we know you want your models, paints, and supplies as quickly (and safely) as possible. Here’s how we handle shipping.

Dispatch Times

• Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day.
  

• Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
  

• You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
  

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 48

• £3.50 for orders up to 2kg
  

• £5.15 for heavier parcels (over 2kg)
  

• Delivered in 2–3 working days
  

• Free shipping on orders over £75
  

Express Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24

• £4.50 for orders up to 2kg
  

• £6.05 for heavier parcels (over 2kg)
  

Additional Information

• Deliveries are to the UK only
  

• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  

• Very occasionally, couriers experience delays outside our control – if this happens, we’ll help chase it up.
  

• If your order qualifies for free shipping (£75+), it will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. You can still upgrade to faster delivery at checkout if you’d like.
